Common Issues
Campaign not showing up
If your campaign URL returns 'not found', or it's not loading correctly for donors, here's how to fix it.
A few things can cause a campaign URL to not work for donors.
Most common: typo in the URL
Campaign URLs are case-sensitive in some browsers. Confirm the URL exactly matches what's on your dashboard — copy it directly from the Copy URL button next to your campaign rather than typing it.
Campaign was deactivated
If you (or an admin) marked the campaign inactive, donors will see a 404. Open Edit Campaign → check the Campaign Status toggle at the bottom. Set it to Active to make it public again.
Image is broken
Campaigns sometimes appear to "not load" because the hero image returns an error. Edit the campaign and re-upload the image (smaller is better — under 4 MB).
Subdomain (organization) URLs not working
If your team is on an organization subdomain like yourteam.squarefundr.com and it's broken, the most likely cause is a DNS / SSL issue on the platform side. Submit a help request and we'll fix it.
Still nothing?
Submit a help request with the campaign URL and a screenshot of what you see when you visit it.
