How do donors pay?
Card (through your own Square account), PayPal, or cash — plus Venmo, Zelle and Cash App handles shown under the Cash option. You pick which ones a campaign accepts when you create it, and can change them later.
Does SquareFundr take a fee?
No. Money goes straight from the donor to your Square or PayPal account; nothing is processed through this site. Square and PayPal charge their normal processing fees, and donors can choose to cover the Square fee at checkout.
Where do I set up how I get paid?
During campaign creation, or afterwards in Dashboard → Profile (Square connection, default PayPal email, Venmo/Zelle/Cash App handles). Each campaign can also be edited individually.
Why isn't a square showing as claimed?
Squares reserve the moment a donor starts checkout. If a donor paid but the square still shows open, they closed the window before the confirmation came back — confirm the payment in Square or PayPal, then mark the square paid from your dashboard.
What is a football board?
A 10 × 10 board tied to a real NFL or college game. Numbers draw on game day, the live score sits on the page, and the square in the lead lights up as the game is played. See the Football boards guide.
Can I edit a donation after it's been made?
Campaign organizers can edit donations from their dashboard.
How do I download donation receipts?
Receipts are available in your campaign dashboard under the Donations tab.
